Women in northern Kenya tell stories with their beadwork – each colour symbolises an element of everyday life. Zoos Victoria shops sell the beadwork made by these women as part of their Beads for Wildlife campaign. Money raised by these sales goes direct to these Kenyan families, who no longer need to farm as many livestock, which benefits native wildlife.
